Here are some helpful resources to guide you on your journey of change.

Meditations
I find that guided meditation really helps me to be less reactive and more responsive. I'm not as defensive, or as quick to get frustrated. It's easier for me to gather my thoughts when I meditate. I highly recommend Insight Timer's free app. I have a few free meditations on there that I hope you may find helpful! You can find my favorite ones below!
