Inspiration

The older I get, the more I realize that I want to make a positive difference in the world. I want to help people grow and realize their dreams. I used to think a lot of things in life were for "other people". Things happened to "other people" and I would wonder why it wasn't happening for me. Spoiler alert, there are no "other people". Often, we just have to get out of our own way. 

This is where coaching comes in. We have to question how we are thinking, is it working for us? We have to stay curious and decide what is most important to us so we can prioritize those things and reach our goals, step by step.

Healthy Lifestyle

I enjoyed running as a kid, then hated it in middle and high school. I started running in my late 30s and now I really enjoy it as a way to stay active and let my mind chill out. 

I try to stick to whole food plant based menu. You don't need to be a runner or whole food plant based, just know I can help you stay accountable for your goals and that next healthy step. It's about progress, not perfection! What is the next healthy step you can take to get to your goal?
