“Sarah helped me get clear on steps I needed to take to reach my artistic goals. She gave me useful and achievable action steps and was an awesome listener as I got clear on my path. I felt understood and supported as well as challenged to push myself in my work. I hope to work with her again in the future!”

The Full Story
About Me:
Hi, I'm Sarah Haberland. I'm an ICF Certified Life Coach, a RRCA Run Coach, and I let limiting beliefs hold me back for way too long. I want to help others overcome their limiting beliefs, manage their mind, improve their wellness, and transform into their best selves! Some of the services I offer are listed below.
How I Can Help You:

Wellness Coaching
Wellness means different things to different people at different points in their lives, which is why I'm not defining what wellness means for you. If you need helping prioritizing your health and wellness, I'd love to be of service to you!
Personal Development
Do you want to be your best professional or personal self? With my 20 years of experience in Corporate America, and my advanced background in Psychology, I can help you get in touch with your "why" and help you achieve your personal or career goals.

Run Coaching
I never ran more than the one mile we had to run in gym class until I was about 37. My manager was running a local 10K and I thought to myself "What, normal, human woman can run those?" I honestly thought you had to be born an athlete and that it wasn't something you could learn to do. She told me "The first mile is the hardest." and "If you can train for two thirds of the run, the energy of the crowd will carry you the rest of the way." She was right on both accounts, and now I'm a RRCA Run Coach, I've run many 5Ks, several 10Ks, and just ran my first half marathon.
